Terms of Service

1) Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under New Zealand law.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use is lawful where you are located.

2) Social casino only (no real-money gambling)

The Service provides simulated casino-style games for entertainment. No real-money wagering is offered through the Service, and you cannot cash out, withdraw, or exchange any in-game items for money or anything of monetary value via the Service.

No prizes of real-world monetary value are awarded through gameplay.

3) Virtual currency & items

• Virtual coins/credits and virtual items have no cash value and are not redeemable for money.
• Purchases (if available) grant a limited, non-transferable licence to use virtual items within the Service.
• We may modify, remove, or re-balance virtual items and game features at any time.
• Except where required by law, purchases are final and non-refundable.

4) Accounts & security

• Keep your login details secure and notify us promptly of unauthorised use.
• You are responsible for activity on your account to the extent permitted by law.

5) Prohibited conduct

• Cheating, exploiting bugs, using bots, or interfering with the Service.
• Buying, selling, or transferring accounts or virtual items outside the Service.
• Harassment, hate speech, unlawful content, or privacy violations.
• Reverse engineering or scraping except as allowed by applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

6) Intellectual property

The Service, including software, games, artwork, logos, and content, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive only the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms.

7) Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under New Zealand consumer laws that cannot be excluded (including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986, where applicable).

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss arising from unauthorised access to your account. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9) Disputes & governing law

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve your complaint. If we cannot resolve it, either party may pursue available remedies. These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the courts of New Zealand have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.

10) Changes, suspension & termination

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms. We may suspend or terminate the Service or your access, including to protect the Service, comply with law, or address misuse.
