Age Verification Policy
This policy explains our 18+ requirement, how we gate access, the checks we may perform, and what happens if an account is underage or suspected to be underage.
1) Minimum age (18+)

5) Correcting details and appeals
If you believe you were incorrectly restricted (for example, a typing error in your date of birth), you can request a review:
- Email contact@goodmatesplay.com from the email on your account and include your username and the issue.
- We may ask for documents listed above to confirm your age. If approved, we will correct your details and restore access where appropriate.
- If you are under 18, we cannot reinstate access until you reach 18.
